Methodology Phase 1 Internal & external review map supply chain network, determine supply chain characteristics Phase 2 Identify issues identify issues and challenges across the supply chain Phase 3 Supply chain optimisation optimise HDL supply chain through developing synergy between competitive and supply chain strategy. Phase 4 Supply chain performance improvement Develop and implement a supply chain performance measurement framework
