2 Proposal Request Process The Proposal Request Process has been included in the online “Forms” with the purpose of: - Speeding up the time to request. - Enable a reliable request process after standard business hours. - Streamline requesting channels into a single online form. - Increase accuracy of Proposal. - Offer multiple Proposal setups in single request. - Include Dealer and Sales Rep Profiles to request form to reduce time to submit request.

3 Before Using ‘Request Proposal’ form Update your Dealer and/or Sales Representative level Proposal Profiles.  Utilize your Dealer Coordinator for assistance.  Login the Dealer Portal at https://solcius.force.com/dealer/loginhttps://solcius.force.com/dealer/login  Select ‘Accounts’ in the top menu.  Select your ‘Dealer Name’ from the list of Accounts  Scroll down the page until you see  Lease/PPA Proposal Value  Loan Proposal Value  Ownership Proposal Value To update Profile: 1.Click in field 2.Enter new data 3.Save

4 How to Request Proposal CLICK 1. Note: You will need your Dealer ID# and Rep ID# 2. Go to online forms at www.Solcius.com/forms 3. Click on ‘Request Proposal’ view form button.

5 Proposal Creation Timeline It is expected at the time the Lead Generator has successfully entered all the required information based on the Option selected, the Sales Representative will receive a Proposal to be presented to the homeowner within the next 2 business hours. *To receive Proposal while in the Home, be sure to check “In customer’s home need proposal ASAP” Example: If the Proposal Request is completed and submitted on Saturday at 4 PM Mountain Time, the Sales Representative should expect to have the proposal sent to them by 10 AM Mountain Time Monday morning.

6 Login – First Time Rep ID = Your personal Rep ID # If you do not check ‘Remember me’ and forget, you can 1)Login to the BOLT Portal and locate your ID# within your Contact Record Details. 2)Select ‘Forgot Rep ID#’ form from www.Solcius.com/forms webpage. www.Solcius.com/forms Dealer ID = For all Solcius Direct Sales Teams the Dealer ID# = 064900 Check ‘Remember me’ to save your credentials to the current device (Phone or Tablet or PC).

7 CLICK Enter the following Homeowner information 1. First Name – Susan 2. Last Name – Rodriguez 3. Address – 123 Main Street 4. City – Corona 5. State – CA 6. Zip – 92877 7. Cell Phone – 760-555-1212 8. SMS Approved – Yes or No (permission to send info by text) 9. Email – susanrodriguez@test.com susanrodriguez@test.com 10. Utility – Select current utility company from picklist. If not in the list, select ‘Other’ and then enter the name of the utility.

8 Must be able to clearly read the: 1.Month 2.Name 3.Address 4.Amount 5.Usage *Example illustrates 1 month entry – All 12 individual months bills are required to be uploaded to meet the requirements of Option 1. Option 1 – Photos of Billing and Usage CLICK

9 Option 2 – Enter Monthly Usage Info 2-31-1111-1111 Manually enter the usage information and have homeowner sign in place of photo of each actual bill. Account Number – The entire account number as it would appear on the utility bill. Usage Information – Enter each month’s Usage (kWh) and Bill Amount ($). (Example: August – 938 (Usage) and 270.85 (Bill)) Customer Name – Name will auto-fill based on the previous name entry fields. Be certain to enter the name in on the earlier screen as it appears on the utility bill. Customer Signature – the signature of the customer on the utility account. *Signature signifies the customer understands that the information they have provided will be utilized by Solcius, LLC to assist in the design of a solar system proposal at the address they have supplied. CLICK

10 Option 3 – Submit Utility Bill Option 3 – Submit Utility Bill is a minimal approach and will require additional information to achieve Perfect Packet/CAR requirements. *Option 3 can meet Perfect Packet/CAR requirements if the Utility Bill has a 12-month usage graph enabling the Engineering team to upgrade the usage information in the proposal to actuals. When you select Option 3, you will be prompted to select a photo of the utility bill from your device image gallery/folder. Once you have uploaded the utility bill image, click submit to proceed.

11 Option 4 – One Month Option 4 – One Month is a minimal approach and will require additional information to achieve Perfect Packet/CAR requirements. When you select Option 4, you will be required to manually enter one months of usage (kWh) and the corresponding month’s bill amount ($). Once complete, click ‘Submit’ to proceed. CLICK

12 Option 5 – Twelve Month Average Option 5 – Twelve Month Average is a minimal approach and will require additional information to achieve Perfect Packet/CAR requirements. When you select Option 5, you will be required to manually enter twelve months average usage (kWh) and the average twelve month’s bill amount ($). Once complete, click ‘Submit’ to proceed. CLICK

13 Select Option 1 to upload either -a photo of current utility bill that includes 12 months of usage data. -OR – -1 photo for each of the previous 12 months utility bills (a total of 12 individual photos of 12 different months bills.) Once completed uploading – click ‘Submit’ to send Proposal Request. Select Option 2 to enter all of the following information: - Utility Account Number - # Months at Residence - Usage in kWh and Bill amount for previous 12 months. - Customer Name (as it appears on utility bill) - Customer Signature (give mobile device to homeowner to sign form). Once completed uploading – click ‘Submit’ to send Proposal Request. Select Option 3 to upload a photo of the current utility bill. Once completed uploading – click ‘Submit’ to send Proposal Request. Select Option 4 to enter 1 month usage and 1 month bill amount as given from homeowner. Once completed entering – click ‘Submit’ to send Proposal Request. Select Option 5 to enter 12 month average usage and 12 month average bill amount as given from homeowner. Once completed entering – click ‘Submit’ to send Proposal Request. 14 Financing Selection At the conclusion of gathering and uploading the utility usage information, you must select at least 1 of 3 financing types (Loan, Lease/PPA, or Customer Cash). It is possible to select up to all three options if necessary for the customer. However, it is important to understand and set the proper expectations when selecting multiple financing types, because the time to produce the proposals will increase based on the number of proposals requested. Each financing type requires a separate proposal. Check all that apply for your customer.

15 Financing Type - LOAN Loan Provider – Select who will be providing the Loan and who the Proposal parameters should reflect when building this particular Proposal. Term – Select the time frame of the Loan: N/A, 12 or 20 years; depending on the Loan Provider. Usage Offset – Select the percentage of electricity the new solar system should be built to replace from the utility amount used based on the inputs from the previously entered Utility Usage amounts. The offset will range from 50% - 110%. Panel Type – Select the Panel Type of either Standard or Premium. Premium generally has additional fees associated with this selection. Price Per Watt – Enter specific amount if required by customer or allow profile defaults to pre-populate the Price Per Watt. Interest Rate – The Interest Rate is auto-populated based on the Loan Provider and the Term selected.

Usage Offset – Select the percentage of electricity the new solar system should be built to replace from the utility amount used based on the inputs from the previously entered Utility Usage amounts. The offset will range from 50% - 110%. Panel Type – Select the Panel Type of either Standard or Premium. Premium generally has additional fees associated with this selection. Price Per Watt – Enter specific amount if required by customer or allow profile defaults to pre-populate the Price Per Watt.

The offset will range from 50% - 110%. Panel Type – Select the Panel Type of either Standard or Premium. Premium generally has additional fees associated with this selection. Price Per Watt – Enter specific amount if required by customer or allow profile defaults to pre-populate the Price Per Watt.

18 Schedule Appointment for Closer Select “In customer’s home need proposal ASAP” if the sales rep is with homeowner and they are requesting a new or revised Proposal. (Estimated time for proposal creation is 20 minutes.) Add any comments that will assist the Engineering team create the desired Proposal. Example: Location where the homeowner wants or does NOT want panels. Appointment Date – Select the date, time, and AM/PM when the Closer is expected to return to the Home and present the Proposal. The time should allow for the Engineering team to create the proposal (approximately 2 hours from request submission). Home Owner’s Signature – Once all required fields have been properly filled in, the Home owner will be presented with the mobile device so they are able to read and understand the disclaimer. If they agree with the terms, their signature is required to proceed. Disclaimer: By signing I’m agreeing to the appointed date and time. Solcius will begin designing a custom site plan for my home.
