2. Chris Hackbarth rejoined the League in January of 2015 as the organization’s director of state affairs. He previously worked for the League from 2009 to 2011 as a legislative associate. He has spent the last few years working as the director of the office of policy initiatives for the Michigan Secretary of State and lobbying for Midwest Strategy Group.
