6. Last steps in 2015 since end of project in 02/2015 I  Resubmission of remaining rejected deliverables before Final Review Meeting  14.04.2015 Final Review Meeting in Brussels  12.05.2015 Result of Final Review of J-AGE I  Four rejected deliverables were resubmitted according to the reviewers recommendations:  D1.8 final activity and financial report-> lessons learned, SRA updating procedure and transfer of J-AGEs were updated  D3.6 Final Comparative Report-> an on-line database updating methodology was added  D4.5 Proposal for administrative implementation structures of joint activities and their sustainability-> further details on call procedures were added  D5.5 Final Project Conference-> detailed feedback was included -Amendment session (third party introduction) was closed in June 2015 -Cost session in mid June, afterwards questions of the EC regarding adjustments & @ ZonMw, FORTE -Approval of resubmitted deliverables on 20.07.2015-> project considered as completed

7. Last steps in 2015 since end of project in 02/2015 II -Cost session completed and submitted in beginning of September 2015 (including explanations), adjustment questions (former project periods) addressed to ZonMw, MoH, THL afterwards, which were answered, the portal was adjusted accordingly -Form C process in October/beginning November 2015 -Financial Assessment and final payment by the EC in the beginning/middle of December 2015 -Due to overpayments-> Repayments by TÜBITAK and MoH to coordinator in middle/end of December 2015 -Final payments are executed today to the partners, afterwards remaining money will be transferred to EC
