Some important things to look for when researching Alternative/Private Loan Lenders: Co-signers are required for most students. What are their current interest rates? Are they fixed or variable? What are the terms and how do the rates vary? Are lower rates offered with a co-signer? Please visit the SFS Alternative Loan website: http://www.sfs.upenn.edu/loans/alternative- ndersundergraduate.htm Disclaimer: The University does not require use of the listed vendors; these are simply vendor options. Feel free to take advantage of any lending source available to you.
