Sao Tome Free- tailed Bat lives on the western coast of Africa (Sao Tome) These bats are composed with Flora & Fauna They are decreasing the size every year in population Its called after the country Sao Tome Its family is with Molosside

These bats mostly eats snails and flying insects and reproduce cocoa but, humans kill them Eat Kill Reproduce

There are still 114 species left of these bats. Their limiting factors are space and temperature. Habitat loss is huge destruction of cocoa so they can’t reproduce.

Sao Tome Free- tailed bat habitat is found in the forest, plantains and moist/dry savannah. The producer/consumer is 2 nd level (herbivore) but it can adapt persistly

Sao Tome Free- tailed bat is a “butterfly” species because the insects and snails population would go up
