The primary population (n = 79) was defined as patients who received the randomized treatment and had valid primary endpoint data (P2Y12 reaction units at 1 week), and was used for analysis of all pharmacodynamic endpoints. Platelet reactivity was measured by (A) VerifyNow P2Y12; (B) whole blood vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein; and (C) light transmittance aggregometry with 20 μM adenosine diphosphate (ADP). The p values represent the comparisons among the 3 groups at each time point. Histograms represent least squares means. Error bars represent 95% confidence interval. MPA = maximal platelet aggregation; Pras = prasugrel; Tic = ticagrelor. Figure Legend:

Results are reported as least squares means. *p < 0.001 for the comparison of Tic combined versus Pras 10 mg. The box in the right upper corner represents the primary endpoint: 1-week PRU absolute difference and 2-sided 95% confidence interval between Tic combined and Pras 10 mg. Tinted area indicated zone of noninferiority. The dotted line represents the pre-specified limit of noninferiority of +45. Figure Legend:
