1 Recipe Research On the following page is a grid that shows which animal protein different religions consume and which they avoid, and also the method of slaughter such as Kosher/Halal At this stage you need to research both multicultural recipes, such as Italian, Mexico, Thai and Indian and also various religions such as Islam, Hinduism, Judaism, (see next slide). The exam could be based on one or the other or in fact both. Make sure that you can describe 3 multicultural ideas that are high in protein and ALSO are suitable for different religions.
