Status now  We received expressions of membership from 6 institutes (Bucharest, Frascati, Glasgow, GSI, Juelich and Warsaw)  We established communication tools: forum, mailing list, wiki (http://panda-wiki.gsi.de/cgi-bin/view/DCS/WebHome)  We established contacts with: - GSI controls group (Holger Brand) and - FAIR accelerator controls division (Ralph Baer)  We need to fill the list of detector subgroups liaisons (see table on wiki)
