2. Run For Griffin  In March, I worked for my church’s marathon, Run For Griffin

3. Run For Griffin  Run For Griffin raises money for different organizations around Griffin!

4. Run For Griffin  I got to the church around 7 in the morning!  I helped organize all the packets and waited until the race was ready to begin.

5. Run For Griffin  I had to direct traffic!  I basically told the runners/walkers which way to go!

6. Run For Griffin  I stood on the corner of a street (all by myself)!

7. Run For Griffin  I then went back to the church where they gave out awards!  Afterwards, we helped clean up!

8. Ushering for Main Street  In March, I ushered for a local community theatre, Main Street!  I ushered for Always, Patsy Cline!

9. Ushering at Main Street  Before the people got there we set everything up!  We put the tickets in order, and set out programs!  We went through all the aisles and made sure the floor and seats were clean!  Once we open the doors, I showed people to their seats!  After everyone was seated, we got to sit and enjoy the show!

10. Main Street  During intermission, we sold refreshments!  We also answered any questions people had about the mailing lists or the theatre in general.

11. Main Street  After the show, we handed out the Arts Expression magazines!  Once most people left, we started cleaning up the lobby.  My job was to empty the trash! Fun stuff!

12.  Ushering at Main Street is always fun!  I get to help the community and enjoy a really great show!  The Run For Griffin is always a fun thing to be a part of!  It is so great to see a community coming together to help people in need!
