2 Types of Polygons:  Equilateral Polygon: all sides are equal  Equiangular Polygon: all angles are equal  Regular Polygon: a polygon that is both equilateral and equiangular

3 Interior Angles Theorem:  The sum of the measures of the interior angles of a convex n-gon is  The measure of each interior angle of a regular n-gon is

4 Examples: A. Find the sum of the measures of the interior angles of a heptagon B. Classify the polygon by number of sides, if the sum of the measures of the interior angles is 2160˚ C. Find the measure of one interior angle in a regular octagon
