19. HOK Status HOK has been notified that we will not go forward with them for construction support activities. They have submitted a large claim for perceived additional services they have provided – currently under review. We believe they have not completed the deliverables required by their PO – supporting documents being compiled, including additional costs to the Lab to complete the deliverables. Anticipate negotiated settlement discussions to take place in April. 19
