Physiological aspect Dosha Tridosha : Pitta predominant kapha and vata
1.Pitta: Alocakapitta Chakshurvaisheshika 2.Kapha: Tarpaka Kapha 3.Vaya : Pranavayu Disease aspect: “Chakshustejomayam tasya visheshat sleshmato bhayam” – The eyes should be protected from the imbalance of all the 3 doshas especially from the kapha dosha, as this is opposite to the guna of the teja mahabhuta. Therefore mainly the kapha-pitta pacifying dravyas should be used to maintain the health of the eyes 15/06/2016
