5 COLA SOLUTIONS: TTB CERTIFIED LABEL EXAMINERS  TTB’s Certified Chemist Program: Authorizes chemists to conduct laboratory analysis for export certifications.  Sign export certificates (VI1 form)  Analysis does not need to be signed/processed by TTB

6 TTB CERTIFIED LABEL EXAMINERS  TTB Certified Label Examiners: Could it ease TTB’s regulatory burden?  Would the states accept COLAs approved by TTB Certified Label Examiners?
