10 Security Extension of Alfresco’s Records Management Users can only see documents related to their permitted group companies (use metadata) Searches are also restricted User security profiles obtained from central Reference Data System User interactions are fully audited Audit events are sent to external systems for reporting and alerting Security events can be analysed for risks and threats

11 Scanning & Optical Character Recognition (OCR) OCR capability provided as a service Scanning done via standard multi-function devices Scanned documents are emailed / dragged and dropped in OCR docs that are attached to emails Both original and OCR’d documents are stored for legal compliance OCR Paper E-Mails & Attachments Full Text Search
