4 Death Zone  The majority of children injured or killed in pupil transportation are not injured or killed on the bus, but outside the bus.  Most are struck by motorists who fail to stop for the flashing red lights and extended stop signs.  The “Death Zone” is the area immediately in front of and around the bus.

12 Requirements to Legally Drive a Church or School Bus  You will not be able to drive a church bus or school bus with a standard “Class D” driver license.  To legally drive a passenger bus, you must pass the CDL test and have a “P” and “S” endorsement.
