AIDCO Central Asian Research and Education Network (CAREN) Projects has same goal but for 5 Central Asian countries Total project budgets are 1.9M (BSI) and 6.2(CAREN) €. Beneficiary countries cover only 20% of connectivity.

At the end they have to pass the exam (5 member committee, 5+ questions)
