4 Rider Positive Behavior Continuum Level 1 Behavior: Insubordinate or disruptive behaviors, horse play or pushing/shoving, supply issues, no homework, food/drink in class, inappropriate language to include non-politically correct terms due to slips of the tongue, annoyances such as pencil tapping or whistling

5 Level 2 Behavior: Harassment (not of a sexual nature), graffiti or permanent marker (gang or drug related automatic office), chronic misbehavior or classroom disruption, refusal to follow cell phone policy Rider Positive Behavior Continuum

6 Level 3 Behavior: Any illegal behavior, fighting, theft, hazing, harassment (racial, verbal, or sexual), graffiti relating to gangs or drugs, forging notes or a Parent Pass, dress code violations Please make an appointment with the discipline office to discuss problems or concerns with students who are not level 3’s but are coming close to level 2. We can work together to try new interventions, and even hold a conference with the student, teacher, and administrator.
