Encourage your son/daughter to access the Career Centre; Encourage open-mindedness - career change is quickly becoming the norm; Encourage “planned happenstance”; Tell them your story, but know that their approaches, needs and realities may be different from yours; Allow them the latitude to explore options and make their own decisions; Encourage Co-Curricular opportunities – the CCR (important for building skills and for making connections); Introduce them to your network; Listen (for understanding) to their story. www.stuartduncan.name
