1 How to Create & Edit a Company Page Sorry that this presentation is 9 slides, but it only takes 2 minutes to do this, at the most!

2 1.Click “Company List” on left column 2.Look to see if your company is listed. If so, read #3 on this slide and skip to slide #5 to create a link. If there is already a link, then click on it to edit the page and skip to slide #8. 3.To edit any page, click “Edit” (right-hand corner) to edit page 4.If your company is not there, to add it, click “edit” to edit the “Company List” page

3 The Company list is in alphabetical order. 1.Find the appropiate row to add your company and click the row above it. 2.A box (as shown above) will pop up. Click on it.

4 Follow the clicking instructions above to add a new row below.

5 1.Fill in row info (stream = streams who would interested in this company.) 2.Highlight your company name and click “link” to create a page linking to it.

6 1.Make sure you want the page name to be what it is. 2.Click “Add Link”

7 1.Click the “Visit” link below your link. 2.A new page will pop up 3.Click “edit button” to edit this new page.

8 1. Click the “Visit” link below your link. 1.To insert the template for the new page, go back to the other Wiki page and click on “Company Template.” 2.Copy and paste the template (from Company Info to END OF PAGE) onto the your company page.

9 1.You’re now ready to begin editing your company page. 2.Congrats! Don’t forget to SAVE at the end, b/c unlike most programs, you will NOT be asked if you’d like to save before exiting.
