3 Gate Design _ Nozzle Tip has two kinds of tip shape – general 3-hole Tip & Spiral Tip. _ Length of Tip can be decided by Gate shape – Short & Long. _ In case of 3-hole Tip, Seal Cap (Gate Insulator) can reduce color change time. _ CS Tip helps resin to rotate and master batch to mix effectively. Thus, color change is faster without Seal Cap (Gate Insulator). _ Nozzle size is classified by outer diameter of nozzle body - three kinds of standard (Ø12, Ø18, Ø22). _ Customer can choose among 12 kinds of nozzle based on resin, product & mold design, product shape & thickness, and injection features.
