4 NEW – Centralized Pathway Advising Services Centralized Advising Pathways Services – (CAPS) Advisors work with both prospective and current students to co-create pathways for students to realize their goals as they transition in, through, and out of Centennial.

7 2015 – 2016 KPI Student Satisfaction Survey  28% Mature students (age 26 or older), compared to 21% for the provincial average (in Ontario colleges).  39% have previous College Diploma or University Degree, compared to 28% in the province.  20.3% of Centennial students are internationally - trained

10 Common Barriers Have been out of school for a number of years (ie. 2 years to 32 years) Disability (physical or learning) Technology challenged Working and trying to manage full-time course load Financial Concerns Emotional Issues Language (lack of English skills) Personal and Family commitments Previous credentials/courses not being recognized
