QE Review is a Technical Review of Project Design Assessing 6 Key Success Factors KSF 1: Country relevance, commitment and partnerships, relevance of the design KSF 2: Targeting, gender and participation KSF 3: Best practices and lessons learnt within the context of IFAD’s Strategic Framework KSF 4: Institutional aspects and implementation arrangements KSF 5: Risks and sustainability KSF 6: Innovation, learning and knowledge management

QA Review’s Objective is to Improve Development Outcomes 1.Clear designed projects for loan negotiations and submission to Executive Board. 2.Determine the quality-at-entry rating for results indicators under IFAD’s corporate Results Measurement Framework. 3.Evaluate the project’s likelihood of meeting its Development Objectives Focus on Risks, Outcomes, and Sustainability
