Women’s Under-17 League Grade 14 girls 2013 can continue to play in a female only environment Clear pathway from Junior – Youth – Senior Envisage sitting between Div 1 and Prems Benefit of removing some of our younger players from the lower Women’s grades.

Women’s U17 cont. Girls wanting to play in the U17 league must be turning 15 this year, however 14- year-olds can apply for dispensation with rational as to why they are not playing mixed G14 or Girl’s Only G14. 11 a side – 35 minutes each way

Futsal changes Youth Nationals will be ran slightly differently. Girls 9-10 July, Boys 11-13 July. Trials for U19’s, U16’s and U14’s in March. Training to start in May on Fridays. Teams for U10’s and U12’s decided in May.

Futsal changes cont. Training for U10’s and U12’s for 5 weeks prior to tournament. All teams representing Capital Football. Must be playing futsal currently to trial for U19’s,U16’s and U14’s (college leagues/FFC’s/Junior Leagues)

Communications New monthly newsletter throughout the season (Mar – Sep). Will be distributed around the first week of each month Club Information section

Competitions Junior Information Season starts Saturday 5 th April (Seniors too). No games over Easter weekend (1 st week of School Holidays) League entry dates: - Travel league/ JPL/ Promo entries to Lisa Jones 14 th March - All other entries by March 21

Competitions Junior Information cont. No preseason grading meeting this year. Teams will be asked to state the level of their team on the season registration form and frequent re-grading will occur to ensure teams are in the correct league. Lisa will enter teams into SportingPulse and asks that teams do not do it themselves.

Competitions- Seniors Senior team entries due by March 10 Senior draw finalised by March 21 Senior men’s Easter games will be played on Good Friday (18 th ) instead of Saturday, allowing for a 3-day weekend. ASB Football Women’s Knockout Cup entries are due by midday, March 31.

Coach Education First courses start March 8 – at least 12 candidates needed per course. Candidates wanted for : Senior L1- Female, March 8 (9-5pm) Senior L1- open, March 9 (9-5pm) Senior L2 – (must have attended Senior L1) March 27-30 Junior & Youth Level 1, March 10

Fox SportsPulse payment gateway Introduced to replace the existing PayPal system System went ‘live’ on Friday 14 th February After this date, payments will stop going to your PayPal account and will instead be deposited directly into your bank account after 2 days

Benefits Member funds transferred from Goalnet system directly to club’s bank account rather than through draw downs with PayPal account Easier process and does not require clubs to register a credit card alongside your club payment application No risk of being locked out during random account audits which can take up to a month with PayPal Direct support through Fox SportsPulse, not a 3 rd party provider. Finance 2014 Key dates Un-financial Clubs (i.e clubs who owe monies to Capital Football as at 20.10.13) must pay their outstanding balance immediately otherwise league entries for 2014 cannot be accepted. Central League fees due in two instalments – 20 th February & 30 th March Affiliation fees are due - Seniors 30 th April (to receive 5% discount), min of 50% fees required, balance due by 20 th June. - Juniors 31 st May (to receive 5% discount), min of 50% fees required, balance due by 20 th June. - Failure to make first instalment incurs a 5% surcharge on the amount owing - Failure to make the second instalment incurs a 10% surcharge on the balance owing
