RAF Association – The charity that supports the RAF family Once you have selected your category from the previous screen, a range of templates and themes are available: Roller Banners A4 Posters A6 Postcards Select the template you want and click on ORDER This will take you to a secondary page with the item image on the left and the quantity and prices on the right. Click CONTINUE at the top of the screen to proceed or BACK to select a different template Getting started

Here you will be able to view and manage previously saved templates To create a new template click on NEW at the top of the screen This will take you to a screen where you will able to edit your new template

6. RAF Association – The charity that supports the RAF family Each template has a range of different areas that can be edited Insert the text you want to appear in the fields provided. This can include: Event Name (if applicable) Time, Date, Venue (if applicable) Branch Name Telephone Email Website Click UPDATE to preview your edits on the template displayed on the left hand side of the screen If you are happy click SAVE AS and give the document a title Editing

7. RAF Association – The charity that supports the RAF family Once you have saved your template, click CLOSE and this will transfer and store the item back on to the order page. To continue click ORDER On the next screen select your quantity from the drop down box, and click ADD TO BASKET Here you will need to select your payment option. Then click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT Please see section on USER DOWNLOADS for how to print directly from the site Ordering

RAF Association – The charity that supports the RAF family You will pay via a PayPal gateway The next page allows you to complete purchase order numbers if necessary and delivery details Addresses are saved in the address book once they are inputted once Once the fields are completed, click PROCEED TO PAYMENT and it will take you through to the PayPal payment gateway The order is then processed and an order confirmation email will be sent to the corresponding email address of the logged-in user Checkout

9. RAF Association – The charity that supports the RAF family User Downloads This section allows you to download your template directly to your desktop to print at your leisure. This should be used for smaller quantities, we suggest less than 10 Follow the instructions to edit templates in the same way as if you were ordering larger quantities to purchase. Once you have your edited template click ORDER. On the following screen you will see that you will not need to select a quantity and it is noted as ‘To Be Downloaded’. Then click ADD TO BASKET and then PROCEED TO CHECKOUT On the Checkout page enter a delivery and invoice address and click CHECKOUT (please note that this does not mean you will have you item sent to you or be charged) On the Order Confirmation page you will be able to download the item to your computer by clicking DOWNLOAD, or print straight from the site by clicking PRINT at the top of the screen You will also receive a confirmation email for your download
