PRE MODULE ASSIGNMENT Review the literature and online sources to identify professional tools to analyze user-generated content on social media platforms. Prepare a short 3-minute PowerPoint presentation that should consist of only two slides: SLIDE 1: Classification and comparison of the tools based on their data sources, the key functionalities that they provide, licensing models, target groups, etc.; SLIDE 2: A diagram or screenshot to illustrate one tool that you consider particularly relevant to your past or current professional responsibilities.
