WP5 - Quality assurance (task remaining) We have to do the last round of quality assurance questionnaires administration. We agreed with Roger to ask an external consultant to work with us on improving the evaluation plan, reviewing the project processes, outputs, communications, impact and value for money. So this has been done and Yves started Monday 15th September. We are doing this to strengthen the work on WP5 in the final report – but evaluation is also part of WP1. Yves work will benefit us all: 1) to show that we have taken seriously the concerns expressed in the interim review (even at this late stage), 2) to give us some solid evidence to use at the review, and 3) to show gaps, where we need to have some facts and figures to hand during the session with the Exec Agency. The consultant will also make some recommendations on how we can best ensure sustainability after the end of the project. Parts of the report can also be used by you in the final evaluation report D5.2.
