Record deficit and the action you will take THIS month… (Examples) Club not meeting regularly because members don’t attend. Will talk with advisor about reason, then meet with officers to give ideas on how to make meetings more interesting. Does not participate in division. Faculty adviser has been non-responsive and blocks me from communicating with officers. Zone Administrator and Kiwanis Adviser are going to have a conference this month with the Principal to facilitate communication. Not involved with division. Going to ask club to host a DCM.

Examples Not doing many projects, members not involved, club not well organized. Planning to attend a meeting and train officers in August. Under 20 members last year, half have graduated, no officers. Meeting with remaining members this month to help them plan membership drive for August. Club paid dues in February because they did not collect them until late. Plan to cover with President and Treasurer ways to collect and pay dues by December 1. Record deficit and the action

Examples Club projects not very meaningful or impactful. My club inviting their members to our Habitat for Humanity project. Club’s projects uninteresting to members, need project ideas. Getting club president in touch with Service Chair to give project ideas. Will follow up with officers on how to plan some they have chosen. Record deficit and the action
