2 HS-STEM-ER CENTER VISION  Provide leadership in research, evaluation, and practice of successful health science education and professional development.  Work with K-20 faculty to ensure students are well-prepared for, and supported in, health science pathways.  Recruit and retain students, particularly underserved populations.  Increase sharing of campus resources with community and educational partners.  Provide a strong voice in health science education public policy.

4 PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS The WSU HS-STEM-ER Center is currently working with Affiliate Members and other faculty from the Pullman, Spokane, Tri Cities and Vancouver campuses from the following colleges: Education Elson S Floyd College of Medicine Pharmacy Nursing Veterinary Medicine Arts and Sciences Agriculture, Human and Natural Science Resources Examples

5 HS-STEM-ER CENTER SUPPORT  Professional development opportunities  Grant opportunities  Interdisciplinary, interprofessional and/or interinstitutional collaborations and partnerships  K-12 outreach connections to regional school districts and links to other potential collaborators  Information about STEM programs/projects, informal/formal webinars, lectures, etc.
