Toastmasters Toastmasters is a place where a member can safely go to find a supportive and positive learning experience. Members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self confidence and personal growth. You begin your experience with the Competent Communication and Competent Leader manuals.

As you fill roles to perform the meeting, you learn skills developed in the projects of the CL manual. Leadership skills are also learned when you serve the club as an officer.

Advanced Communication Series Advanced Bronze Choose two Advanced manuals with five speeches each. These speeches will build on the skills learned in the Competent Communication manual. Advanced Silver Choose two different Advanced manuals with five speeches each. Also choose one speech from the Better Speaker Series and/or one from the Successful Club Series for a total of two speeches.

Going for the Gold (Advanced Communication Gold) Coach (more than just mentor) a new member w/first 3 speeches Conduct a Success/ Communication, or a Success/Leadership Module(can be a Speechcraft or a Youth Leadership) Complete two more different Advanced manuals.

Advanced Leader Bronze Leader Bronze you achieve your Competent Leader and Communicator Award; Do one speech using the Successful Club and one Leadership Excellence; Be a Club officer for 6 months; Go to the officer training And do a Club Success Plan Advanced Leaders Silver Leader Silver you become a club Sponsor, or Mentor, or a Couch; Perform a High Performance Leadership Program; And serve complete term as District Officer

Reaching Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM Reaching Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Set your goal with a completion date in mind work with a fellow Toastmasters member to stay on track progress on both educational tracks at the same time plan your work then work your plan

Contest Is a place where a member can safely try stepping outside their comfort zone. Whether they are a contestant or a contest chair, it’s being part of a contest that gives you a chance to do something more than the usual role in a meeting. Conference Is an event where we can meet and interact with other Toastmaster in our district. It also provides us training where we hear from other Toastmaster and public speakers. Winners from clubs in the district compete at the district level during the conference.

Other District Programs D25 Elite Member / Star Awards Each member of District 25 Club is challenged to complete a minimum number of requirements in Marketing, Education, and Leadership each calendar year. Once complete, candidates are awarded the exclusive D25 Elite Member Award. Members receive a D25 Elite lapel pin and are listed in the District 25 Newsletter and website. Helping Hands It’s helping your fellow Toastmaster to meet their goals in having people join there club and see what the club does and what it’s about. Some fellow Toastmaster have a hard time in having their members to show up and do the roles that are need in the club to have a great Toastmaster meeting. You get to do roles with your fellow Toastmasters and get credit if you already haven’t to finish your CL much faster. You also get a chance to see how they do their Toastmaster club and bring ideas to your club. You are helping them and they are helping you. Dream Teams Members Help new members achieve their goals and see the benefits of a long journey in Toastmasters. Ensuring that new members get proper mentoring and motivation from experienced members helps clubs sustain and grow their membership. Mentor a new or established member Motivate a new or established member Share best practices with other members or clubs Serve as a district leader or on the district staff Serve on a district committee or outreach team Make an external presentation promoting Toastmasters

Speechcraft The program allows experienced Toastmasters to present the fundamentals of public speaking to non- members in an atmosphere of a Toastmasters club meeting. It’s a great way to promote membership in your community or company club, it brings prospective new members to a meeting to see, first-hand, what Toastmasters is all about. Youth Leadership It helps Kids so they can grow to meet the challenges of adulthood and leadership successfully. It helps young people build their communication and leadership skills so they may become tomorrow's leaders in business, industry and the community.
