3. Procedure  Prior to testing:  Set up and ran the dust trak for 5 minutes to get a control. We also prepared and set up the equipment to begin waxing.  During test period:  Scraped old wax off board, heated the iron, applied wax to the board, finished waxing, let cool then scraped the excess wax off. This whole process took about 40 minutes

8. Conclusion  Our conclusion is that waxing in an enclosed area could be dangerous if exposed to this level of particulate matter from waxing skis/snowboards for an extended amount of time (more than a few hours). SCIENCE RULES!!!
