Unit Plan Last session we agreed to undertake a Professional Discussion around the four learning outcomes. We agree that I will need to undertake an observation of reverent work products. PDP (Personal development plan) PDP (Personal development plan) We agreed it may be necessary for you to look at some theory's and give examples how they apply within your role as the manager. Aim of Session Unit aim The purpose of this unit is to assess the learner’s knowledge, understanding and skills required to promote the professional duty to maintain the currency of knowledge and skills and the need to continually reflect on and improve practice.

Learning outcomes There are four learning outcomes to this unit. The learner will: 1. Understand principles of professional development 2. Be able to prioritise goals and targets for own professional development 3. Be able to prepare a professional development plan 4. Be able to improve performance through reflective practice
