WHAT IS DIVERSITY? Any dimension that can be used to differentiate groups and people from one another Respect for and appreciation of differences in ethnicity, gender, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, education, and religion We all bring with us diverse perspectives, work experiences, life styles and cultures

WHAT IS EQUALITY? Everyone gets the same resources

WHAT IS EQUITY? Means giving each student/everyone access to the same resources they need to learn, thrive and be successful

WHAT IS INCLUSION? A state of being valued, respected and supported It’s about focusing on the needs of every individual and ensuring the right conditions are in place for each person to achieve his or her full potential
