Respond to Headings Before we get started on reading from the textbook, I want you to flip through pages 144-149. While you’re flipping through pages, read the headings to different sections and form questions from them. Your questions will go on your guided notes. While we’re reading look and listen for the answers to those questions.

Renewable Resources As a class, we will read through pages 144-148 of the McGraw-Hill textbook. One scholar will read a paragraph at a time and to the whole class. Scholars not reading will be following along in their textbook. When scholars are finished reading, they will choose another scholar to continue. 20 min
