Anotace Didaktický učební materiál je zpracován pro žáky 4. ročníků maturitních oborů SOŠ. V úvodní části se žáci seznámí s definicí a s jednotlivými typy služeb. Materiál obsahuje úkoly pro žáky, uvádí vazbu TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE a v závěrečné části otázky k tématu. Inovuje výuku použitím interaktivní tabule. Metodický pokyn Materiál slouží k procvičení, doplnění a systematizaci slovní zásoby a gramatiky s celou třídou. Otázky k tématu lze zadat individuálně.
