Ayers Rock (Uluru) Considered the largest solitary rock Is 1,143ft high Is called Uluru by the Aborigines Located in the Northern Territory

Cape York Peninsula Is referred to as the world’s last wilderness Is home to rugged mountains, rainforests, mangrove forests, quick rivers, grasslands, and swamps Located in the northern part of Queensland

Darling Range It is a low mountain range It runs through the southwestern part of Australia Its highest peak is Mt. Cooke at 1,910 ft It is located in Western Australia

Fraser Island Is located north of Brisbane along Australia’s Coral Sea coastline Is Australia’s fourth largest island Is the world’s largest sand island Located in Queensland
