About us  TCL is represented by a group of experts in the field of measurement technology as a scientific discipline.  Our products are clear and credible test results and test reports.  As a third party we take part in the development and research of testing programmes with the aim to verify products in the field of household appliances in compliance with the latest state-of-the-art.  By doing so we support the processes of economic development in the technical field.
