International Falls, Minnesota “ We made sure we got photo editing software. We've got video and audio recording equipment to edit. And we offer those opportunities to the entire community, but I really push it with my teens. Share where you are. Tell your story. And so we do. We have an annual film Festival that we encourage locals to submit to, but then we also publicize that and take submissions from anywhere in the world with the hope that one, they are seeing that what they are doing isn't that different than what everybody else is doing, and that they can dream just like everybody else is dreaming. -- Diane Adams
