11. PVC Pipe Tools Hacksaw: used to cut pipe to length. – Teeth should be pointing forward – Cut forward, slight downward angle

12. PVC Pipe Tools Pipe Cutter: used to cut pipe to length. – Ratchet cutting – Only use on PVC to keep blade true

13. Primer Purposes: – clean surface of the pipe – purple color - easily seen by inspector – Prepares pipe surface for bonding with glue = water tight seal

14. Glue Provides sturdy/water tight seal when combined with dried primer Dries and sets fast!

17. Step 3: Quickly connect pipe to fittings. Seat all the way into fitting!
