Instructions: 1) Complete excel file and close 2)Open word document 3) Click on tools 4) Click on letters and headings 5) Click on mail merge

Next click on labels in right hand box; then click in the bottom right corner to next step

1)Click on label options 2) then chose 5095 Name badge, 3) it gives you the dimensions so you can pick from other sizes as well

1)Click on use an existing list 2)Click on browse 3) Select the excel data base you want to use 4) Then go to step four at the bottom of the right corner

Arrange the Name badge(label) in the order you want

Click on match fields and then match fields from excel spreadsheet to columns on box

Click Update all labels to make them the same, then click on the bottom to preview your labels as step 5

Complete the Merge

Insert your name badge labels into the printer and print!
