Lim holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering – with Honors from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. He is Senior Consultant of High Impact Asia Consulting, Inc., and has been a logistics and manufacturing practitioner for the past 20 years.. High Impact Asia clients include multinational companies in the food, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and export industries. Other clients include domestic enterprises, which are leaders in their respective industries. High Impact Asia Consulting, Inc., has helped client companies improve cost, working capital, inventory, and delivery performance. His industry experience includes a work experience with a multinational consumer goods company and a glass manufacturing company in West Virginia, USA. Mr. Lim was a manufacturing manager for a major consumer goods firm. His assignments covered the company’s entire supply chain operations ranging from materials receiving, process manufacturing, packing lines, and shipping operations.
