Quality Teaching and Instructional Programming Creating Learning Guides that follow Early Learning Standards, Creative Curriculum, and Kindergarten Readiness Sent a survey to our kindergarten teachers to gather data regarding readiness skills Using the new Early Learning Guides published late in 2013 by the State Creative Curriculum provides a state-approved structure and lesson planning tool for teachers Teachers are working to combine all resources to create one guide.

5. Quality Teaching and Instructional Programming Implementation of 2 nd Step, Early Learning and ACES programming 2 nd Step is a program designed to teach children social and emotional skills Preschool skills focus on listening to others, resolving conflict, and responding to feelings ACES (All Children Experience Success) program is being modified to meet the social readiness of preschoolers. We are working to prepare students for the same types of things they will see in their kindergarten classrooms and schools
