GTA Transition and Transformation © 2008 IBM Corporation 325-Jun-16 Server Consolidation  IBM will build a new environment at the NADC to accommodate server consolidation  IBM will use a formal, phased approach to server consolidation  Agency servers will be migrated in waves over a 24 month period  The requirements of each application will dictate the new consolidated environment at the NADC  Implementation of a standardized, consolidated environment improves availability, support, and recovery

GTA Transition and Transformation © 2008 IBM Corporation 425-Jun-16 Information Sharing for Success  GTA and Agency SME’s will partner with IBM to: –Validate information collected during Due Diligence process –Provide detailed server environment and configuration information –Perform gap analysis –Identify additional requirements (as applicable) –Participate in shadowing activities –Participate in Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities among GTA SME’s and IBM resources
