2. Overview of Culture Males are the head of the household. There the main financial support. Women are usually the ones who take care of the children The women take care of the whole household. Have strict values on respect and honor.

3. History of Culture The elder expect the younger children to speak Spanish. Most Hispanic women make their food from scratch. Children are taught manners. Children are also showed to show affection for family with hugs and kisses as greeting.

4. Traditions When Hispanic culture celebrates an occasions piñatas are included. Some of this homemade piñatas are field with toys and candies. Other may have cookies and other healthier snacks

5. Cinco De Mayo Cinco De Mayo is celebrated in many Hispanic cultures This is the day Mexico one a war with the French. The Mexicans where out numbered. However they still one the war proudly.

6. Folk Dancing Hispanic culture believe in telling a story by dance. Mariachi music plays in the background While young girls dance in traditional dresses.

7. Educational Considerations Hispanic culture take education serious These children understand if they want a better life they must go to school. Children may have an issue with language barriers

8. Tutoring Some children may just need help with the language part of the curriculum. With the help of a tutor children can catch up quickly.

9. Inclusionary Practices Teachers can celebrate the Hispanic culture and practices. Planting a garden to show the different foods this culture eats daily. Multicultural day where children can where their traditional clothes.

10. Parent/Community Involvement Parents can be included in classroom volunteers. Workshops can be included to teach parents English. Flexible parent conference. Suggestion box where parents can write their concerns in English or Spanish.

11. Improving the Learning Process Working together with parents can b=mend a bridge in the learning process. Asking parents for their thoughts and opinions to make a strong team. Teachers need to be flexible add new techniques to their teachers.
