Food Bank Ceilidh Saturday April 2 nd 7.30pm All are welcome to join this fun fundraising event: Leeds Food Bank Ceilidh with and a pie and pea supper. Venue: Queens Hall, (Immaculate Heart of Mary Church), Harrogate Road, Leeds LS17 6SX. £ 10 for adults and £ 6 for children. Pray for Schools You are invited to an evening of prayer for the schools across Leeds and for Education in general, tomorrow i.e. 21 st March from 7:30pm (start time 8pm) at Moortown Baptist Church. Her email is cas.stoodley.mbc@btconnect.com CHAPEL A FRIDAY EVENING GATHERING Friday Night Gathering is an opportunity to spend some time learning to be in the presence of God and experiencing His power through worship, prayer and some teaching. The date of our next meeting is 1/4/16 at 7.45pm. The venue is Mark & Rachel Riches house and it would be wonderful to see as many of you as are able to make it. Come and Rest Meanwood Valley Baptist Church are going to host a bi monthly “Come and Rest “ session. This is an opportunity for people to relax and simply make space to be still with God. Music and prayer will facilitate the process. Date: First Wednesday of the month of May, July, September and November. Tobiah Paul O'Neill's Dedication. We are celebrating Tobiah's dedication during worship this morning. Ruth, Paul, Reuben and Tobiah want to welcome their friends and family and thank everyone for coming to support and celebrate with them on this special occasion. Hot Cross Buns Giveaway Churches together in Chapel Allerton are meeting in three locations on Good Friday to give away hot cross buns and chocolate mini eggs to passers by. They will be outside Aldi, Asda and Waitrose between 11.30am and 12.30pm. If you would like to help, please email David (david.keighley@meupatree.org).
