In this business we found two possible jobs for our future : The ENOLOGIST follows all the phases of wine production: from the grapes harvest to the definition of the working protocol, the evaluation of the quality of the grapes, and he also controls the phases of bottling and the sale of the finished products. His goal is the production of a healthy wine, ethically correct and pleasing from an organoleptic point of view. Through the development of projects based on the direct observation and studying of the best environmental solutions, the AGRONOMIST works in favour of the agricultural companies, public and private managements of agricultural lands he is also the manager of green areas (parks and gardens) and the transformer of food and agricultural products.
