Healthy eating You need to maintain a healthy diet. The food that is recommended is full of nutrients and vitamins that help your blood and body function, helps your skin and hair also it can help you think better. People eat healthily to lose weight.

Food groups. The food you should have on a regular basis

Unhealthy eating You don’t have to be over weight to have an unhealthy diet, you could be eating too much food or too little. You could just be eating the wrong kind of food. If you eat too little you could end up suffering with an eating disorder like anorexia. If you eat too much you will become obese and you would be at risk of a heart attack and/or diabetes.

Exercise

Good exercise If you exercise it can make you feel really healthy and it tones your body. It can also make you happy and make you feel good about yourself, also it can relieve stress. Exercise can be a good boredom killer. When you do exercise “endorphins” are released during exercise, they make you feel happy about your self.

Bad exercise Bad exercise is if you do it too much. If you exercise too much you can get injured. People also take drugs so their ability to do exercise can be longer. People that take drugs to do exercise usually will take steroids. Steroids are a drug that you take if you want to build your muscles up fast.
