Abdi Ibrahim Global Pharm LLP  Pharmaceutical plant for production of medicines in accordance with the GMP standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan  Year of establishment is September 2000 under the name of SP Global Farm LLP, in the framework of "the Import Substitution in the RK" policy in conjunction with a major pharmaceutical company "Khan Seo Farm" (Seoul, South Korea).  The joint venture has been established in October 2012, through the integration of the two largest pharmaceutical companies, "Abdi Ibrahim Turkey" and "SP Global Farm".  Abdi Ibrahim Group with 60% of shares is the leader in the pharmaceutical market in Turkey with a century of experience in the sector.  Lancaster Group 40% is a diversified holding company in Kazakhstan. Today, it is presented in such sectors as industrial infrastructure, oil and gas services, pharmaceuticals, logistics, financial services, telecommunications and hotel business.

3. Information of the Project  Place of the Project Implementation: Almaty Region, Ili District, Aschibulaksky Rural District, Settlement Mukhamedzhan Tuymebayev, Industrial Zone, Site No 282.  Type of the Activity: development, production, import and export, marketing, sale and distribution of pharmaceutical and medical products.  Products: Medicines with over 250 different dosages  Production capacity: 1.5 billion tablets / capsules per year  The total cost of the investment project is appr. 9 billion tenge  Land area: 2.33 ha  The total area of the factory is more than 12,000 sq./m  Number of work places in the Company: 250

4. Project Implementation  Construction - In the implementation framework of the State Program of Forced Industrial and Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Program for the development of the pharmaceutical industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Company is currently completing the construction of a pharmaceutical factory, which is 95% of the project readiness at this stage, and now the process of legalization of buildings and structures, as well as commissioning works is taking place.  "SK Pharmacy" LLP - the Company has entered into long-term 7-year contract with SK-Pharmacy for supply of 95 different dosages of medicines according to this agreement, "Abdi Ibrahim Global Pharm" LLP shall produce the products according to the standards of the Good Manufacturing Practice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (GMP RK)
