Reduced DCLG grant Restructure at Homeless Link 3 departments going forwards incorporating SITRA, Strategy and Partnerships, Policy and Communications and Business and Social Enterprises Strategy and Partnership team reduced from 9 managers to 4 with one head of partnerships. Each partnership manager will cover one third of the country plus one covering London. Less work with local authorities, sector facing, based on supporting front line services to develop skills and to support the implementation of new ways of working. The work is based upon a model called a ‘Community of Practice’. Policy briefings, Innovation and good practice guidance, discussion groups and networks facilitated.
