6 ALL vendors must review and comply with Stein Mart’s Vendor Code of Conduct ALL vendors must be EDI compliant (850, 856, 860, 810) ALL cartons must be labeled with approved GS128 Label Product must be Packed BY STORE Product must be shipped Floor Ready: TICKETED & On HANGERS (if applicable) Product must be shipped in POLYBAGS (multiple units per bag) Freight Terms: Collect - FOB Destination – with a commercial zone clause Any deviation from the above requirements MUST be indicated on the 850 EDI PO.
